My name is Amanda Harris and I am currently starting my 18th year in education, 15 of which have been in the primary classroom.  I currently teach at Monarch Elementary in the Greenville County School District and will be in an interventionist position for the 2023-2024 school year.  I love learning new things and especially love watching documentaries, true crime, and comedy/drama.  My favorite genre to read is historical fiction, but I mix it up with some mystery and the occasional biography.  When I'm not reading or watching TV, I enjoy traveling, cooking, and spending time with my golden retriever, Maggie.
