Come learn how to use Carolina Science Online to support your new Carolina Biological Science Kits. Teachers will learn how to find premade and editable teacher slides for science kit lessons as well as informational leveled text sets. There are many other resources to explore such as online simulations and demonstration videos. Teachers will also learn how to assign tasks through Google Classroom.
Participants will learn about the 3 Dimensions of Science in the new 2021 Science Standards as well as the resources to support these standards on the GCSD Landing Page. Using the Backwards Design model, participants will unit plan for 4th Grade Unit 1: Introduction to SEPs & CCCs.
