This 3-hour training provides an overview of the facilitation process and prepares IEP team stakeholders to be collaborative team members in a facilitated IEP meeting. Participants work to learn how to clearly define their role in the IEP meeting, enabling them to prepare for active meeting participation. Additionally, participants develop skills to broker more effective and efficient communication resulting in a collaborative, non-adversarial, and compliant student-centered IEP meeting.
