Actively participates in progressive teacher recruitment activities in-state and out of state as well as district-sponsored recruitment events and shares other recruiting responsibilities as needed. Shares in the management, system support, and hiring manager training for the full recruiting life cycle including requisition maintenance, job postings, sourcing and attracting candidates, resume review, interviewing, credential checks, reference checks, and employment offers.
Partners with diverse organizations to advertise and recruit for teacher vacancies. Collaborates with Educator Preparation Programs, Alternative Certification Programs, Teacher Residency Programs, District Teacher Cadet/Pro-team, etc., to build a robust teacher candidate pipeline. Participates in presentations to stakeholders for recruitment, selection, and retention of teachers.
